Because many of our products are custom made, made to order, pre-ordered, or digital, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • There is an error made by Whisker & Willow Co.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can work to make it right.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable.

 

🎀 Pre-Order Policy

Many of our boutique items are offered as pre-orders.

Estimated arrival dates are listed on each product page. Please understand these dates are estimates provided by our suppliers and may occasionally change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that production and shipping times are outside of Whisker & Willow Co.'s control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together unless otherwise noted.

💻 Digital Download Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically.

No physical item will be shipped.

Due to the immediate access provided after purchase, all digital download sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Resell files
  • Share files
  • Redistribute files
  • Claim designs as your own

Whisker & Willow Co. is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect names, dates, or other information entered by the customer during checkout.

Custom items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production or has been submitted to one of our suppliers.
